Tartu University Innovation Center in Georgia

The facilitators of the training were: Anzor Barkalaia - Head of the Center for Educational Innovation at the University of Tartu; Ulla Kamp - Advisor of the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research; Inga Kukk - Expert of the Center for Educational Innovation, University of Tartu; Heidi Meiberg - Expert of the Center for Educational Innovation, University of Tartu; Tamar Sanikidze - President of the International Institute for Education Policy, Planning and Management, Invited Expert.

The local partners of the project are NNLE "Georgian School Administrators Association" and "Buckswood International School – Tbilisi Ltd". This training is provided by the Government of Estonia and supported by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia.

 

3. Teachers' daily lives: stress and motivation.

We hope that the results of the summit will soon enable us to offer new initiatives to our member directors and other administrators.

Within the framework of the summit, the Georgian delegation took an active part in the general thematic discussions and also held bilateral meetings with the education leaders of Finland, Portugal, Estonia and other countries.
