Avtandil Abdushelishvili has been the director of the independent secular gymnasium "Shavnabada" since 2017. He is actively involved in the ongoing processes in the field of education,  he has worked for years as an expert of the authorization of general education institutions and has also been a member of the same council twice. He has been a member of various committees or working groups set up in the field of education many times.

Avtandil holds a Master's degree in Educational Management.

Gia Murghulia is the founder of the Georgian School Administrators Association and has been the Chairman of the Board until 2020. He is actively involved in the ongoing processes in the field of education, for years he has been the director of various general education institutions, a teacher of Georgian language and literature. Rector of the Central Institute for Teacher Training of Georgia, Deputy Chairman of the Commission on Education and Social Affairs.

He is the founder and director of Tbilisi private school "Logos". He has been the scientific director of the school from 2017 to present. He was a  founder and director of Tbilisi Private School "Hamilton" in 2016-2017.

Gia Murghulia holds a Master's degree in Philology from Tbilisi State University

Giorgi Chavleishvili is the co-founder and executive director of the International Academy "Logos", a former member of the Georgian youth basketball team. He is actively involved in the ongoing processes in the field of education, is the founder and head of services of the American-Georgian Education Center College Counseling.

Since 2004, Giorgi attended Anne’s Belfield School and Hamilton College, USA with full funding.

Tamar Kapanadze has been the director of the First Classical Gymnasium in Tbilisi since 2014. She is actively involved in the ongoing processes in the field of education, for years she has worked as a member of various committees or working groups  in the field of education. She is the trainer of the "Continuous Professional Development of  Teachers" of the National Center for Teacher Professional Development,  the author of training modules and certified trainer of “Millennium Challenge Georgia", educational leadership expert of the "New School Model" of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia.

Tamar holds a Master's degree in Psychology and Economics and is a PhD student in the School of Public Administration and Politics.

Archil Sumbadze has been the director of “Buckswood International School – Tbilisi” since 2013. He is actively involved in the ongoing processes in the field of education, for many years he has been a member of the Board of Authorization of General Education Institutions and various committees or working groups in the field of education, including project development and management in the UN Association of Georgia, Ilia State University and Global Solutions Education Fund Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania).

He is a multiple winner of the US Embassy, USAID and Estonian Government grant programs and the head of educational initiatives.

Archil holds a Master of Education Technology degree from the University of Tartu.
